The first time someone comes into our practice, we have really two options. The first option is to come in for a consultation. It is a complimentary consultation and that gives us a chance to meet with them and find out what their concerns are. We also can take a photograph if they have some interest in cosmetics, as to how we can change their smile. It is also a great way to just come and meet the doctors meet the staff, get a picture done, that way you might have an idea what you might look like after going through a smile makeover.

The second option would be where they come in and they are interested more in a comprehensive evaluation, so we spend a lot more time with people asking them questions and going through an interview process and then also taking some x-rays and doing a full exam to find out if there is anything that they are going to have and any needs that they have.
